This Privacy Policy describes the personal information I collect through this website at dr-alise.com and prior10.com (the “Sites”), and how I collect and use that information. The terms “I” and “me” refer to Alise Murray. The “Company” refers to Alisa Murray PhD LLC, dba Dr. Alise Life Management. The term “user,” “you” and “your” refers to site visitors, customers and any other users of the site.

The term “personal information” is defined as information that you voluntarily provide to us which personally identifies you and/or your contact information, such as your name, address, and email address.

Dr-alise.com and prior10.com are websites where users can get information about time and life management, as well as a service where users may purchase coaching/consulting services and related products (the “Service/Products”).

Use of dr-alise.com and prior10.com, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Alise Murray, is subject to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.

INFORMATION I COLLECT

Information You Provide To Us. The Site provides various places for users to provide information. I collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Site, communicating with me via contact forms, responding to surveys and questionnaires, search queries on my search feature, providing blog comments or other feedback, and providing information when ordering a product or service via the Site. When you place an order you will have the choice to be added to my mailing list from which you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting me at hello@dr-alise.com.

I use information you provide to me to deliver the requested product and/or service, to improve my overall performance, and to provide you with offers, promotions, and information.

INFORMATION I COLLECT THROUGH AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY.

Your payment information. I collect payment information for each Service contract but I do not store payment information on Alisa Murray PhD LLC servers. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via e-commerce software providers. All personal information collected for an order is used for the fulfillment of that order and to manage my customer relationship with you.

Cookies. I may send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of my service. The term “cookies” refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing the Site. I may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them). My emails provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from me and my partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any e-mail they receive from me at any time.

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

How Your Information is Used

The information you provide is used to process transactions, send periodic emails, and improve the Service we provide. I do share your information with trusted third-party vendors who assist me in operating our website, conducting my business, and servicing clients and visitors. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

If you register to receive resources, sign up for my newsletter, and/or purchase a product from us, I collect your information. This Terms and Conditions Agreement is between a User ("you," "your") and the owners of Alisa Murray, PhD, LLC ("we," "our," "the Company"). We provide visitors to our Websites (“Visitors”) access to the Websites (dr-alise.com and prior10.com) subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. (Please note that dr-alise.com and prior10.com are domains which redirect to each other; they are the same website.)

By browsing the public areas or by accessing and using the Websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”).

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OR DEFAULT OF THIS AGREEMENT BY www.prior10.com OR WEBSITE OWNER SHALL BE A RETURN OF ANY FEES PAID TO www.prior10.com DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR WEBSITE OWNER FOR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED. 

  1. Indemnification. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless www.prior10.com, Website Owner, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of www.prior10.com, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.

By participating in/reading this website/blog/emails, you accept that Alisa Murray, PhD, LLC cannot guarantee the outcome of services and/or recommendations on the website/blog/email series.  Alisa Murray, PhD, LLC  cannot make any guarantees other than to deliver the services and/or goods purchased as described.

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, Alisa Murray, PhD, LLC will issue a refund within 7 days after purchasing. After 7 days, Alisa Murray, PhD, LLC will no longer issue you a refund.

  1. Termination. Alisa Murray, PhD, LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

  1. Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with United States federal law and the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute arising out of or related to the information contained herein is subject to adjudication in the state of Washington, USA. For any questions or comments regarding these Terms and Conditions, contact hello@dr-alise.com.

  1. Waiver. The failure of Website or Website Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.  Any waiver of this Agreement by Website or Website Owner must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Website Owner.

  2. Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.

  1. Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related in any manner to this Agreement which cannot be amicably resolved by the parties shall be solely and finally settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall take place before a panel of one (1) arbitrator sitting in Mason County, Washington. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrators will be bound to adjudicate all disputes in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. The decision of the arbitrator shall be in writing with written findings of fact and shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitrator shall be empowered to award money damages, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1 of this Agreement, but shall not be empowered to award direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or specific performance. Each party shall bear its own costs relating to the arbitration proceedings irrespective of its outcome. This section provides the sole recourse for the settlement of any disputes arising out of, in connection with, or related to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any action seeking injunctive relief shall be submitted to the courts and shall not be subject to this provision.
