Tired of feeling behind before the week even starts?
Your to-do list is already overflowing — and now the school year is kicking off, which means coordinating pickups, lunches, activities, and homework on top of everything else.
You’re already stretched thin…
You want to be present for your family and consistent with your work and maybe even have a little time for yourself — but it feels impossible to juggle it all.
You’re craving a weekly rhythm that actually works — one that fits your real life (not just an ideal calendar) and helps you show up for what matters most.

Meet Your Workshop Host
I’m a psychologist, life coach, and former university professor who’s helped hundreds of people plan their time, increase productivity, and create sustainable systems that work — even when life feels chaotic.
I specialize in working with folks who struggle with executive function, including those navigating ADHD or the lingering effects of mild traumatic brain injury.
But the real reason I created the Priority-Centered Game Plan?
Because I needed it myself.
At one point, I was juggling two careers, raising young kids, and constantly feeling like I was letting someone down — myself included. That’s when I developed the Prior 10 Life Management System — a simple, flexible structure to help me stay focused on what matters most.
Now I teach that system to others — and in this workshop, I’ll help you build your own weekly rhythm that’s actually doable and effective.

Nope! All you need is access to Zoom and a way to take notes. I’ll guide you through a simple, practical process you can use with your favorite tools (digital or paper).
-
Not at all. You can use whatever planning tools you prefer — or none at all. I’ll show you a method you can adapt to your style, your tools, and your real life.
